🛒 Ingredients

For the Kebabs:

1 zucchini, sliced into thick half-moons

Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers

Step 1: Make the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and chili (if using).

Optional: Reserve ¼ cup of marinade to simmer with cornstarch for a glaze later.
Step 2: Marinate the Beef

Place beef cubes in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish.
